The man called Boyd is really Jeff Stephens, a graphic and web designer. Outside of coloring some of his old G.I. Joe figures with markers when he was younger, this is his first foray into custom figures. He currently lives in the Midwest with his biggest fans, his wife Sarah and daughter Faye.
