On the run from the law, criminal Mark Mardon went to hide with his brother Clyde. A scientist, Clyde had developed a "weather wand" that could control the weather, and didn't want his brother around jepardizing his research. Out of desperation, Mark killed his brother and took possession of the wand. Inspired, Mark developed a costume and became the weather-controlling super villain the Weather Wizard.

The Recipe

The Weather Wizard is made from a repainted Minimate. His chest is made from a water-transfer decal. His hair is from an Apollo BSG Minimate. His weather wand is a bristle from my wife's hairbrush (It fell out - she would not forgive me if I had cut one to use).
