After spending years in a death-like coma, Wonder Man was revived as a weapon to use against the Avengers. The plan failed - Wonder Man was quickly brought to his senses and joined the Avengers. While on the team, Wonder Man worked through his fear of dying again, became good friends with the Beast, and pursued an acting career.

He also continued his string of poor costume choices. Wonder Man is seen here wearing his "safari jacket" outfit, his costume of choice for the mid-70's to early 80's. While the safari jacket works well if you're a Hollywood director, European playboy or actually on safari, it just doesn't have the same flair for a dynamic, indestructible super-hero.

Safari Jacket Wonder Man is made from a repainted Minimate. His shirt tails come from a Street Fighter Minimate, with jet pack details added with MagicScuplt. His face is a digital printout, his hair is made from Sculpey. and his costume pockets are made with water-transfer decals.
