A character created for the Super Friends cartoon, El Dorado was the mysterious member from Mexico. His powers were mysterious - sometimes he'd teleport, sometimes he'd shoot lasers out of his eyes. His background was mysterious - he received no origin on the show. And most mysteriously, no one ever explained why he was named after a mythical country of gold.

EL Dorado is made from a repainted Minimate. His face and costume are digital printouts, with hair made from Sculpey. His cape is made from Magic Sculpt.
