The Trapster started as a character named Paste-Pot Pete. Seriously.

Trapster can most often seen hanging out with the Wizard and other members of the Frightful Four, using his paste gun for villainous purposes, and trying to live down his first name.

The Recipe

The Trapster's suspenders and face are a digital printout. His paste gun is made from Sculpey, with a wire twist tie used as the feed line for his gun.
