This is another original armor and has never been in the comics. It's really just an excuse for me to make another Iron Man custom from a translucent Minimate. I had a spare Washington Square Ghost, and thought that the yellow body would work for some sort of heat or thermal armor. And then I thought about how Tony Stark would build a suit of armor to go swimming in volcanoes just because he could, and this custom was born.

The Recipe

Volcano Armor Iron Man is made from the body of a Washington Square Ghost Minimate. His boots come from a Lex Luthor Minimate, with hands & glove cuffs from a Stargirl Minimate. Iron Man is wearing a "big chest" chestpiece modified with a big hole in the middle to show off his translucentyness, and has added details and a high, lava-deflecting collar added with Magic Sculpt. His face and the vent hole details on his legs and arms are from water-transfer decals.
