While responsible for the death of Aquaman's son, Authur Jr., Black Manta is best known for his cool echo-y voice from the "Super Friends" cartoon.

Black Manta is made from a repainted Minimate. His helmet and backpack are made from Sculpey, while the air hoses are made from wire twist ties. His chest details are a digital printout.
