The Chief

Dr. Niles Caulder was a brilliant young scientist who was tricked into working for the would-be conqueror General Immortus. The experience left him bound to a wheelchair, but determined to help the world. Finding three people who were the victims of bizzare accidents that made them outcasts, he helped them adjust and form the Doom Patrol.

The Recipe

The Chief is a repainted Minimate. His wheelchair comes from a Professor X Minimate. His face and chest are digital printouts. His hair and beard were made with Sculpey.
