Len Snart was a small-time criminal until he discovered how to charge an experimental gun with a cyclotron. The resulting weapon let him freeze the moisture in the air into ice and snow, and inspired his name Captain Cold. A long-time member of the Flash's Rogues Gallery, Captain Cold is a threat to anyone who uses the Flash name.

Captain Cold is made from a repainted Minimate. His hood is a modified Dr. Doom hood, with his costume’s fur details made from Magic Sculpt. His cold gun is a toy handgun modified with Magic Sculpt. His belt and holster are made from a Phoenix belt and Daredevil baton holder. Captain Cold's face is a digital printout.
