Simyan is a mad scientist with vast skills in genetics. Under orders from Darkseid, he and his partner Mokkari created the Evil Factory, a monster-making genetics lab. With a large hatred of humanity, Simyan wants to use his creations to conquer the world and destroy the top-secret genetics research facility known as the Cadmus Project.

Simyan is made from a repainted Minimate. His face is a digital printout, and his costume details are from a water-transfer decal. Simyan's hair and beard come from a Wolverine hairpiece modified with Magic Sculpt.
